To maintain trust and authenticity in our community:
- Real Photos Only: All profile photos must be genuine photographs of you. AI-generated images, deepfakes, or heavily filtered images that significantly alter your appearance are prohibited.

- Verification: We reserve the right to request photo verification at any time to confirm your identity and ensure profile authenticity.
- Consequences: Violation of these photo requirements may result in immediate removal of photos, temporary account suspension, or permanent ban depending on the severity and frequency of violations.
3.2 Scams and Financial Safety
Protect yourself and others from scams:
- Never send money or share financial information with anyone you meet on Mulaqat, regardless of their story or claimed emergency.
- Be extremely cautious of anyone who quickly professes strong feelings, makes romantic promises, or attempts to move conversations off the platform immediately.
- Report any user who asks for money, financial assistance, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or investment opportunities.
- We will never ask you to send money or purchase gift cards for any reason.
- Romance scams are common on dating platforms. If something feels suspicious, trust your instincts and report it.
3.3 Meeting in Person - Safety Guidelines
IMPORTANT: Mulaqat does not conduct criminal background checks or verify the identity of users. You are solely responsible for your safety when interacting with other users, both online and offline.
If you choose to meet someone in person, follow these safety guidelines:
- Meet in Public: Always meet in a public place with other people around for your first several meetings.
- Tell Someone: Inform a friend or family member of your plans, including where you're going, who you're meeting, and when you expect to return.
- Stay Sober: Keep your wits about you. Don't accept drinks from strangers or leave your drink unattended.
- Provide Your Own Transportation: Drive yourself or arrange your own transportation to and from the meeting. Do not get into a vehicle with someone you just met.
- Guard Personal Information: Don't share your home address, workplace details, or other sensitive personal information until you've established trust over time.
- Trust Your Instincts: If something feels wrong or uncomfortable, leave immediately. Your safety is more important than being polite.
- Video Chat First: Consider having video conversations before meeting in person to verify the person matches their photos.
- Stay on the Platform: Keep communications within the app initially. Be wary of anyone who insists on moving to personal phone numbers or other platforms immediately.
Mulaqat is not liable for any harm, injury, or damages that may occur from in-person meetings arranged through the Service. You use the Service and meet other users entirely at your own risk.
